Today Drs. H8, Mark Bolden, Quito Swan and Raymond Winbush joined the program to pay tribute to passing of Dr. Tony Martin and Donald Byrd and to commemorate the birthday this week of Bob Marley. We re-aired some of the 1993 Gil Noble program Like It Is with Drs. Martin and John Henrik Clarke (full audio below) which dealt with Martin’s publication The Jewish Onslaught itself a response to the charges of “anti-semitism” Martin suffered for his class lectures’ inclusion of the involvement of Jews in the enslavement of African people. We also discussed Martin’s seminal research into the life of Marcus Garvey and Amy Ashwood Garvey, as well as, his prolific research into the Caribbean and broader African world. We did this and more while also paying tribute to the pioneering works of Donald Byrd and Bob Marley.

Extremely hard to believe this is unedited but given his background maybe not. He is no Nat Turner but elements of his manifesto are redeemable and evoke a man who is principled in his convictions and beliefs. Even if his politics are thoroughly brainwashed on many subjects. He at the very least stands for something and is freer than most. None of what I read comes across as insane rambling but the elements of topical discussion of the day strewn about are questionable, like the mentioning of AWB,Bill Cosby, Gays and Obama ect…
Chris Dorner’s manifesto is NOT insane ramblings ala VT Tech mass-shooter Seung-Hui Cho. It is effectively a stunning indictment of the LAPD all the way up thru the ranks of Sgt, Lt, Cpt & Police Chief, by an insider. Dorner names multiple names, places, dates & incidents in some detail- certainly enough to follow-up & verify. Basically Dorner indicts major portions of the LAPD [= NYPD, CPD, Philly PD, Detroit PD, etc, etc, etc] of being a Racist Criminal Enterprise- masquerading as a so-called ‘official’ law-enforcement org!
Dorner says that one of the cops convicted of beating Rodney King is now a LAPD Cpt in charge of training other cops & that many involved in the Ramparts scandal instead of being indicted &/or driven off the LAPD are now LAPD Stgs, Lts & Cpts! Hell they may as well picked Mark Furhman to run LAPD’s internal affairs!
Many may disagree w Dorner’s methods- but make NO mistake about it- He’s doing just what the US military & LAPD trained him to do, except this time he’s got his own cause!
The one thing Dorner seemingly fails to understand- Its much bigger than the LAPD- Its the whole Damned system that’s the issue! From the US’ Slave-Owning / Injun Killin ‘Founders’ all the way up thru Mr CIA Skull{duggery}& Bones Bush Sr[& Jr] & his distant [dark] relatives Barak O-Bomber & Colin{Saddam’s Got WMD <NOT!}Powell! And Don't forget Billary- aka Slick Willie & Hitlery / Killary{I came, I Saw, He Died- Ha, ha, ha}Clinton!
I was saddened to hear of the transition of Dr.Tony Martin.I had the opportunity to buy all of his books at the Black Images Book Bazaar in Dallas,Texas during the early 90′s. I was lucky enough to be in attendance at a lecture on Garvey given by Dr. Martin. Brother Ball,thanks for the look out on Chris Dorner.Maybe Glen Ford or Chairmen Omali will analyze Dorners predicament & manifesto.
