This week’s “redux” features Green Party presidential and vice-presidential nominees Cynthia McKinney and Rosa Clemente, as well as, Dr. Hemant Shah discussing the theory and practice of Emancipatory Journalism. McKinney and Clemente called in fresh from their weekend victory in earning the Green Party’s nomination to discuss their campaign, its purpose and historic legacy. Professor Shah joined the program to discuss the little known academic approach to the practice of journalism and its application in the form of FreeMix Radio and the mixtape as Emancipatory Journalism.
