Hip-Hop State of Mind is the latest media venture from Rosa Clemente in association with WBAI FM in New York. Adding several of the many missing elements in today’s media environment Clemente brings years of experience in media, activism, politics and scholarship and from the perspective of an Afro-Latina from the far left. Her first showed aired today and featured Chuck D which prompted us to re-post our own 2006 interview with the hip-hop legend, the original “hard rhymer,” which unlike the McDonald’s food we talked about is always fresh!
